I can also create a custom course blending project management, change management, and personal growth by combining consultancy with training and on-going support using coaching and mentoring.
• Phase1 – Understanding the needs of the business and working with the stakeholders and delivery team to agree aims, goals, roles and controls, mission, vision and values. This is classic consultancy / project management, ostensibly WHAT we are going to do.
• Phase2 – Understanding the people, process, cultural implications and providing the support structures, managing the communication and upskilling the stakeholders and delivery team to be able to execute on the plans, manage business-as-usual and grow into the new roles and responsibilities. This is classic change academy, facilitation, training, ostensibly HOW we are going to do it
• Phase3 – Assisting people with the process of personal, professional, purposeful change that recognises the person, role, organisation and provides a mentor support and coaching resource to support individuals and teams with their transitions and the organisations transformation. This is classic coaching and mentoring, ostensibly WHY this is worth doing.

From the outset Tim’s style, manner and pragmatic approach distinguished him from other consultants. For one, he was deeply knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the topic and we had a real sense of being supported by someone with a clear focus on achieving our objectives. Tim was happy to adopt our chosen preference for one to one engagement and desire to address the detail of the practical implications. He was able to distil complex matters into readily understandable actions. Our lasting impression of Tim’s work with us is one of ease of communication, total commitment and a reassuring knowledge of the subject matter.
